Arrive promptly and seat yourself before the prayers begin.

Prayers will be performed by Ervad Farhad panthaky, Ervad Yezad Nalladaru, and Ervad Zarir Sidhwa.
Member Rates
$40 for Adults (above 25)
$30 Per Senior (above 65)
$30 Full Time Students including University/College (over 21 and under 25)
$30 for youth ages 10 - 21
$20 for children age 5 - 9
Free for children age 5 and below.

Non-Member Rate - $10.00 extra per person in each of the above categories
REGISTRATION and PAYMENT due no later than Saturday October 5, 2025.
For payments sent after October 12, 2024, please add an additional $5 for each person/child attending.
Please calculate rates for your family and specify "Gahambhar Function" and the category (2 member adults, 1 member child age 6 yrs, etc) in the notes section.

What is a Jashan?
A Jashan is a Thanksgiving ceremony. There are numerous reasons to perform a Jashan.
A Jashan ceremony is performed for the well-being of both the spiritual and physical worlds.
We thank Ahura Mazda and Amesha Spentas and pray for their blessings from the spiritual world.

Jashan significance
A Jashan is a thanksgiving ceremony performed by 2 or more priests. All seven creations of Ahura Mazda are represented in a Jashan ceremony.

Asha Vahishta
Represented by the fire burning in the afarganyu.
Sky / Metals
Khshathra Vairya
Represented by the metallic implements used in the ceremony, like afarganyu and chipiyo and chamach
Earth
Spenta Armaiti
Represented by the ground on which the ceremony is performed.
Humans
Spenta Mainyu
Represented by the priests and all the people attending.
Water
Hauravatat
A pitcher containing water is present for the Jashan ceremony.
Plants
Ameretat
Flowers and fruits laid out for the ceremony represent Plants.
Animals
Vohu Manah
Milk is offered in a metal cup and represents animals.
